It is with deep emotion and sincere sadness that we remember our dear Friend and fellow Skål International Locarno member, Roberto Kümmerli (Bob).

A member of Skål International Locarno since 1963, and at that time Director of the FART travel agency, Bob became, for more than sixty years, a leading figure in the history of Skål International Locarno.

His remarkable commitment led him to serve as President in 1967 and 1968, Secretary from 1969 to 2007, and Treasurer from 1969 to 2011, providing for decades a valuable and immeasurable contribution to the life and development of our association.

His strong sense of belonging, loyalty and dedication will remain a true reflection of the values of friendship, solidarity and fellowship that define the spirit of Skål.

With his passing, Skål International Locarno loses not only one of its longest-serving and most distinguished members, but above all a dear friend, whose memory will continue to live on in our hearts with affection and gratitude.

Skål International extends its most sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to Roberto’s family and all his loved ones.
