Today, it is with profound sorrow that we bid farewell to a great friend, Alberto Esper, a distinguished figure within our organisation. He leaves our hearts filled with his love for Skål.

He joined Skål International Córdoba (Argentina) in 1995, and from that moment on, he made its members his family. He welcomed every person who wished to join with open arms and provided unwavering support to the young members who embarked on the adventure of creating Young Skål.

He represented our country around the world as an International Councillor for 16 years, together with his inseparable companion in both life and journey, Ana Maria Tschopp.

Alberto left an indelible mark on all of us who had the privilege of knowing him and sharing moments with him.

He always had the right words at the right moment, combining his imposing seriousness with warm and heartfelt praise.

He will be deeply missed. Without a doubt, Skål International Argentina, and above all, “his” Skål International Córdoba, will not be the same without him.

Thank you for your commitment, dedication and, above all, your friendship and human quality.
